General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods to end consumers through our online store. They apply to all purchases made on the SneakerPro.eu website and describe the main rights and obligations of the parties.

 

1. Agreement

The agreement between the buyer and the seller is concluded on the basis of the information specified when placing an order (description of the goods, price, quantity, delivery and payment terms). In case of discrepancies, the confirmed information in the order takes precedence, unless it contradicts the current legislation.

 

2. Delivery

The delivery period is from 3 to 14 working days after confirmed payment, depending on the country in which the buyer is located. Delivery is considered complete when the goods are handed over to the buyer or his representative. Unless otherwise agreed, we undertake to deliver the goods within a reasonable time.

 

3. Payment

Payment for the goods is charged when placing an order. If you use a bank card, the amount may be temporarily reserved and will be debited when the goods are shipped. All orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

 

4. Right of return

You have the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you exercise this right, the cost of return shipping will be paid by you.

Returns are possible only on condition that the goods have not been used and are kept in the original packaging.

If the goods are defective or do not match the description, you can arrange a return, repair, replacement or request a partial refund. Returns must be made within a reasonable time, preferably within 2 months of discovering the problem.

 

5. Quality Claims

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can file a claim. We undertake to resolve the problem by replacing, repairing, discounting or refunding, depending on the situation. The claim must be made in writing via the feedback form or by email.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all issues peacefully. In the event of a dispute, you can contact us directly. If the matter cannot be resolved, you can contact your local consumer protection authorities.
