Returning an unwanted item
If you would like to return an item, please contact us and we will advise you on how to do this.
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be to your liking. You can return an item as long as it is unused, in its original condition and accompanied by the packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
If the return is made within this period, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
After 14 days
We do not accept returns after this period. If you try to send the item later, it may be returned back and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Of course, you are welcome to inspect the item as you would in a regular store. If it has not been used, is in good condition, it can be returned. The item must be sent in the original packaging with tags and, if possible, undamaged.
Responsibility
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so make sure it is packed securely. Please keep your receipt and tracking number to prove your shipment if needed.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is made in error and the item must be returned to you, we may ask you to pay for return shipping.
Unfair use
If we notice suspicious activity - such as multiple returns after frequent orders, returns of worn items - we reserve the right to temporarily deactivate your account and refuse future returns.
