The Nike KD 16 "Slim Reaper" is a colorway of Kevin Durant's sixteenth signature shoe with Nike Basketball inspired by his nickname. Known as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, Kevin Durant is also known for his many nicknames, including the "Easy Money Sniper" and "Slim Reaper." On the Nike KD 16 "Slim Reaper," the performance basketball shoe features details inspired by the NBA star's nickname that draws on his tall, slender frame that reminds some fans of the Grim Reaper. The upper features blood-like splatters on a black textile material. Metallic Silver accenting appears on the "Nike" and "KD" logos, as well as on the TPU overlays. A "Grim Reaper" graphic can be found on the heel. Underfoot, the shoe is finished off with a black midsole and an icy semi-translucent outsole.
