The Women's Nike Space Hippie 04 "Lemon Venom" is a women's exclusive colorway of the sustainable shoe from Nike's "Space Hippie" campaign. The forward-thinking collection is centered around the idea of living on Mars with few resupply missions. Each model in Nike's "Space Hippie" line is built from "space junk," otherwise known as leftover materials from Nike's cutting room floor. The recycled scraps form the pink and grey woven upper and speckled FoamX midsole. A black dotted Swoosh appears on the mid-panel and futuristic "Nike" text graces the Lemon Venom nylon heel tab. Despite its sock-like appearance, a traditional lacing system can be found on the top of the shoe and provides the wearer with even more stability. Nike rounds out the look of the Space Hippie 04 by placing "space junk" within the foam outsole. Release date: August 20, 2020.
