The Paperboy x New Balance 992 "Fried Egg" is a deliciously good collaboration between the Parisian restaurant and New Balance on the 992 lifestyle shoe. One of several special iterations of the New Balance 992 imagined by the New England footwear brand and/or an outside collaborator in 2021, the "Fried Egg" is designed in a color block that pays homage to the almighty fried egg. A combination of Chalk White suede, leather, and mesh can be found on the upper. New Balance supplies the "Fried Egg" is a reflective "N" logo on both sides of the shoe. The hairy suede eyelet overlays are displayed in a yolk yellow hue and "New Balance" branding is embroidered on the white pebbled leather tongue. A cheeky graphic of a fried egg is situated below the aforementioned insignia. Paperboy rounds out the look by supplying the heel with its signature logo. Release date: June 26, 2021
