990 V2 "Salehe Bembury - Sand Be The Time" M990SB2

The Salehe Bembury x New Balance 990 v2 "Sand Be the Time" is a collaboration by the renowned sneaker designer on the popular lifestyle shoe in a colorway inspired by the sand dunes of Southern Utah. After collaborating with New Balance on the 2002R and 574 Yurt models, Bembury renewed his partnership with the Boston footwear company on the New Balance 990 v2 "Sand Be the Time," a special colorway with an outdoors-inspired vibe. The shoe's eye-catching design features a Peach-colored open-cell mesh base with tonal hairy suede overlays. A purple chenille "N" logo appears on either side of the shoe. A tonal "Salehe Bembury" branded tab is found on the lateral side of the collar and "New Balance 990 Made in USA" detailing is embroidered on the tongue. The rust-colored rubber midsole gives the shoe a throwback-inspired appearance. Release date: December 22, 2022
