The New Balance 550 "Black/White" is a two-tone colorway of the vintage basketball and lifestyle shoe that can be worn with a variety of outfits. The New Balance 550 returned in 2020 after Aimé Leon Dore, the New York City based clothing brand, began collaborating with New Balance on retro-inspired colorways of the sneaker. Here, the "Black/White" updates the classic silhouette with a black leather construction that includes tonal leather overlays. A black "N" logo can be found on the mid-panel while "NB" branding appears on the heel. Additional logo detailing includes "550" embroidery on the forefoot and "New Balance" insignia on the tongue. The white rubber midsole is paired with a black outsole.
