The New Balance 1906R "Lunar New Year - Shell Pink" is a colorway of the casual shoe inspired by the traditional Chinese holiday. The 1906R in the "Lunar New Year - Shell Pink" features elements inspired by Chinese culture, including a jade green insole that salutes Confucious, a philosopher who likened jade to virtues such as benevolence, fairness, authenticity, and symbols of the divine and nature. As for the rest of the shoe, the upper features a Shell Pink-colored mesh and leather construction. A raised "N" logo appears on either side of the shoe, while a cream-colored plastic heel counter assists in providing the wearer with support in the back of the shoe. Release date: January 1, 2024
