The Air Jordan 13 "Island Green" is a fresh take on the late-90s performance basketball silhouette that now features premium detailing. Coinciding with the release of an "Island Green" Air Jordan 5, the Air Jordan 13 of the same nickname also features a tropical vibe. The unique construction adds a croc skin upper in place of the standard reflective mesh fabric found on standard Jordan 13s. Contrasting the stark black reptilian material are tropical teal overlays on the heel and midsole. Also modified is the Jumpman logo orb at the ankle, which switches from the original holographic jewel to a metal construction in metallic silver. Black rubber pods appear on the outsole mirroring that of a panther's paw, which the original Air Jordan 13 was inspired by. Release date: November 9, 2019.
