The Air Jordan 3 GS "Dunk on Mars" is a youth release of the classic basketball and lifestyle shoe that takes inspiration from the Red Planet. The Jordan 3 GS "Dunk on Mars" is also inspired by the old school, "What if Mars Blackmon could dunk on Mars?" campaign that was centered around Spike Lee's sneaker-obsessed character in the late 1980s. As for the shoe's design, the "Dunk on Mars" features a white tumbled leather construction with contrasting orange-based elephant patterning on its heel and toe. A Sail suede mudguard also contrasts with the neutral-colored leather upper. Fiery orange leather detailing appears on the eyelet panel and collar. A classic Jumpman can be found on the heel and on the tongue. Release date: January 27, 2023
