The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE GS "DIY" is a kids-exclusive version of the mid-top silhouette that features a "do-it-yourself" inspired colorway with abstract imagery. The "DIY" version of Michael Jordan's first signature shoe in the mid-top edition includes a crisp white tumbled leather upper with pen-like imagery on the sides and toe, which Jordan Brand encourages the wearer to color in as they see fit, thus the "do-it-yourself" nickname. Black patent leather appears on the collar and heel. A white ball-and-wings logo graces the collar and a black Jumpman with "Air" branding appears on the tongue tag. Underfoot, a two-tone, white midsole and black rubber outsole complete the shoe's look.
