The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 GS "USA" is the youth sizing of Ken Griffrey Jr.'s former signature shoe in a patriotic colorway. The Air Griffey Max 1 is a retro performance shoe that was worn by its namesake with the Seattle Mariners during the 1996 Major League Baseball season, and is considered one of the most popular Nike athletic shoes in the brand's history. On the "USA," the shoe features a white leather upper with an oversized blue Swoosh with red outlining on the toe. Griffey's former "24" jersey number with the Mariners is found on the side of the adjustable ankle strap. Tonal "Nike" branding is debossed on the front of the strap. Release date: June 24, 2022
