The Nike LeBron 8 "Lakers" is a Holiday 2020 release by Nike Basketball of LeBron James' eighth signature shoe in a colorway that salutes the basketball superstar's time with the Los Angeles Lakers. Debuting in 2011, the Nike LeBron 8 is perhaps the most beloved silhouette in the Nike LeBron line thanks to colorways like the "South Beach" and this "Lakers" inspired look. Buttery Court Purple colored suede and leather panels appear on the upper of this performance hoops model. University Gold accents on the leather eyelet panel, collar, liner, and Swoosh detailing complement the design. A mini black metallic Swoosh appears on the toe and LeBron's signature lion motif adorns the purple synthetic tongue. Underfoot, a full-length visible Max Air cushioning unit provides a responsive ride. Release date: December 15, 2020.
