The Nike Dunk High "Dark Beetroot" is a two-tone, grey and burgundy colorway of the retro basketball shoe. The "Dark Beetroot" adheres to the classic two-tone color block employed by the original Dunks from 1985's "Be True to Your School" collection of college basketball-inspired colorways, giving the shoe a vintage look. Grey leather appears on the base of the shoe while Dark Beetroot-colored leather is found on the overlay panels and on the Swoosh branding on both sides. Additional burgundy detailing comes into play on the "Nike" and Swoosh logo found on the tongue tag, and on the laces. A white rubber midsole and Dark Beetroot-colored outsole finish off the look.
