The Women's Nike Waffle Trainer 2 "White/Metallic Silver" is a women's release of the retro-inspired lifestyle shoe that honors several iconic, '70s-era Nike performance running shoes. The Waffle Trainer 2 follows in the footsteps of some of Nike's most influential performance sneakers ever, styles like the LDV, Waffle Racer, and Cortez. The "White/Metallic Silver" features a white nylon base with a contrasting Metallic Silver leather Swoosh on either side. The design of the Swoosh is reminiscent of the Swoosh branding found on the aforementioned retro running shoes. Contrasting light grey suede appears on the toe and heel, as well as on the eyelets. Vintage "Nike" branding is printed on the black leather heel tab and black "Nike" with an orange Swoosh detailing appears on the tongue tag. Exposed foam is found around the nylon tongue. A black waffle rubber outsole completes the look.
