The Women's Nike Air Max '98 "Cut Away" at first presents a white version of the silhouette with a D.I.Y. aesthetic of frail pieces and panels that can be torn off on the upper. The material is designed to be stripped away, and revealed underneath is a vibrant leather and suede base, with each panel assigned its own color. The purple suede upper is embroidered with bold yellow strokes, a blue toe overlay, red mudguard, orange heel panel, and green upper eyelets. A classic white sole unit completes the "Cut Away" design.
