The Paul Rodriguez x Nike SB Dunk High "Mexican Boxing" is the California pro skater's ode to Mexican boxing heritage. P-Rod, skate legend and longtime Nike SB collaborator, returns with a crisp high-top Dunk as part of Nike's efforts of introducing the iconic silhouette to a new audience in 2020. Here, the colors found on the Mexican flag inspire the red accented piping along each of the panels found on the upper and green leather Swoosh. A stark white leather base provides a clean backdrop for the aforementioned design elements to pop. Subtle nods to boxing culture include a mini gold-accented championship belt ornament on the shoe's vamp and an Everlast-styled Paul Rodriguez branding on the tongue patch. The Paul Rodriguez x Nike SB Dunk High "Mexican Boxing" was released on January 21, 2020.
