The Air Jordan 1 Mid GS "Top 3" is the kids' sizing for the colorway that creates an alternative take on the "Top 3" motif. Inspired by the Air Jordan 1 High with the same nickname, this Air Jordan 1 Mid features a combination of the original "Chicago," "Royal," and "Bred" colorways. This time, the color blocking is kept symmetric on each side of the shoe, differing from the "split" look of the initial "Top 3" design. In Grade School sizing for children, the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Top 3" from 2018 features a leather and synthetic nubuck construction.
