The Air Jordan 1 Mid "Taxi" is a colorway that nods to none other than New York City taxi cabs with its black, white, and yellow appearance. Yet another popular look for the Jordan 1 Mid, the "Taxi" also looks to the Air Jordan 1's original "Black Toe" colorway for inspiration, as it features a black perforated leather toe with contrasting Taxi or yellow leather around the toe and forefoot. Yellow leather can also be found on the eyelets, collar, and heel. The mid-panel is designed in white leather. A black leather Swoosh appears on the sides, and black "Wings" logo can be found on the collar. Finishing touches include a yellow nylon tongue tag with Jumpman and "Air" branding, a white rubber midsole, and yellow outsole.
