The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE "Electro Orange" is a bold colorway of the mid-top version of Michael Jordan's first signature shoe. Despite never appearing on Michael's feet during his time in the NBA (the Air Jordan 1 Mid debuted in the mid-2000s after he had retired from basketball), the mid-top silhouette is one of the more popular Air Jordans in Jordan's collection, and it's easy to see why on the "Electro Orange." The white-and-orange color block brings to mind the classic Nike Dunk "Syracuse" from the "Be True to Your School" pack from 1985. On the "Electro Orange," white leather appears on the perforated toe, mid-panel, collar, and Swoosh. Contrasting glossy Electro Orange leather can be found on the various overlays on the upper. A black "Wings" logo resides on the collar and a black Jumpman with "Air" branding appears on the white nylon tongue tag on the white nylon tongue. The two-tone theme continues underneath the shoe with a white rubber midsole and Electro Orange-colored outsole completing the look.
