The Women's Air Jordan 5 "Mars for Her" is a women's-exclusive colorway of Michael Jordan's fifth signature shoe that is loosely inspired by the Jordan 5's "Raging Bull" style as well as Mars Blackmon, the sneaker-obsessed character played by Spike Lee in early commercials for the shoe. The "Mars for Her" features a Martian Sunrise-colored suede construction with translucent netting on both the tongue and mid-panel. Tonal "23" branding is embroidered on the lateral side of the heel. The number is a reference to the Player Exclusive Jordan 5 worn by Jordan with the Chicago Bulls in the NBA. A black Jumpman is found on the heel and on the reflective tongue. Overall, the Women's Air Jordan 5 "Mars for Her" definitely has a strong vibe inspired by Mars, the Red Planet. Release date: January 14, 2023
