The adidas Ultra 4D "Triple Black'' is a highly wearable, neutral based look for the progressive low-top silhouette. On a high level, the Ultra 4D is inspired by adidas's Ultra Boost performance runner, though a few modifications including a retooled 3D-printed midsole differentiate the sleek models. The black mesh upper provides a lightweight feel while allowing continuous airflow to the foot. The molded heel counter and Three Stripes overlay display a slight shine for a subtle but welcoming contrast against the muted details. White adidas branding appears on the tongue and tonal embossed "Ultra 4D" insignia on the aforementioned heel counter. The 3D-printed midsole and Continental Rubber outsole are painted black to complete the design's understated appearance.
