The Extra Butter x adidas Rivalry Low "Battle Royale" is a collaboration between the New York City based sneaker retailer and adidas on the retro shoe from adidas's popular "Consortium Cup" collection. Inspired specifically by Japanese cult classic film "Battle Royale" released in 2000, the colorway at hand has various references to the movie on its design. The shoe features Antique White mesh on the toe and Antique White dotted leather on the mid-panel and heel. A mixture of Khaki-colored leather and suede overlays contrasts the look. The broken-stitching and fraying on the Khaki suede Three Stripes branding can be seen on the sides, and symbolizes the film's plot. Dual branding appears on the tongue and lateral heel.
