This 2015 release of the Air Jordan 9 is inspired by the bronze Michael Jordan statue outside of the Chicago Bulls home arena, which depicts His Airness in the Jumpman pose wearing the Air Jordan 9. The tribute to Michael built after his first retirement in 1994 is translated into this colorway with a speckled bronze-colored midsole.
