The New Balance 2002R "Refined Future - Driftwood" is a tan-based colorway of the retro performance running and lifestyle shoe that modifies its design with a pre-distressed look. New Balance's "Refined Future Pack" of 2002R colorways is similar to the "Protection Pack" of 2002Rs in that the series updates the shoe's design with a deconstructed look. The "Driftwood" features a weathered appearance with frayed overlays that suggest prolonged wear. The shoe's base is designed in tan, as are the suede overlays throughout. A tonal "N" logo appears on both sides.
