The WTAPS x New Balance 990v6 is a collaboration by the heralded Japanese streetwear brand that dresses the lifestyle shoe in a clean and versatile greyscale look. This installment of WTAPS and New Balance's ongoing collaboration updates the 990v6 with a grey mesh base and tonal leather and suede overlays. Classic "N" branding appears on either side of the shoe while "WTAPS" and "New Balance" logos are found on the heel and tongue, respectively. WTAPS adds large "USA" text to the lateral side of the heel as a salute to the shoe's Made in USA heritage. Underfoot, comfort is supplied in the form of a Fuel Cell-cushioned midsole.
